1. Supported File Formats

We support the most common audio formats used by podcasters to ensure easy uploading.
**Supported:** MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, AAC.
If your format is not on this list, you will need to convert it to one of the supported types before uploading.

2. Recommended Format for Best Quality

For the absolute best results from our AI, we recommend uploading a lossless, uncompressed audio file.
**Recommendation:** 16-bit, 44.1 kHz WAV file.
This provides our AI with the most data to work with, resulting in more accurate transcription and higher-quality audio enhancement. While we accept compressed files like MP3, some data is already lost in the compression process.

3. Bitrate and Sample Rate

**Sample Rate:** A sample rate of 44.1 kHz is standard for most audio and is highly recommended.
**Bitrate (for MP3):** If you must use MP3, aim for a constant bitrate of at least 192 kbps (for stereo) or 128 kbps (for mono). Higher is better.
